Applying
Open the event page, choose a package and send the application form. You will receive an e-mail with a link to confirm your address.
After our team has checked your payment and approved your application. We confirm by e-mail, and your application page then shows a confirmation code.
Payment
The payment details appear on your application page after you confirm your e-mail address. Upload a screenshot and the transaction ID once you have paid.
Visa & travel
It depends on your nationality. Most delegates need a visitor visa or an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) to enter Canada, so check the official requirements early and contact us if you have questions.
